Thanks for that - i'll give it a blast. And yet again i missed out on another one on ebay. These people must sit watching these items on ebay evertyminute of the day. More likely they are using automated bidding software, I think the term is 'sniping'. Try a Google on 'automatic bidding ebay' (without the quotes) - there is a myriad choice of software that will quite happily sit and bid for you according to your chosen criteria - it won't get tired and it won't miss an item I you can't beat 'em. I use a programme called 'Hammersnipe' It allows you 3 snipes per week before you have to subscribe.

It automatically places a bid on your behalf approximately 10 seconds before the end of the auction. I have won lots of auctions this way. All you do is enter the item number and the price you are willing to go up to then fire and forget.

You don't even have to be online. Is it possible to download one or parts of it because I could really use some info, especially setting the clock to correct time Also the other quirks of the instrument panel There are a few handbooks on e-bay right now - varying years so you can select which is best. I found one for my 2005 Pic last week, checked out when it was due to close and then put in my bid, two actually, the first set as low as required, the second as high as I was prepared to go. I won by 50p - at Edited by erisaman, 10 November 2008 - 11:53 PM. I'll try to scan and download the clock setting page tomorrow - but I'm now computer whizz so don't expect too much!

Right - didn't bother with the scan - am trying a straightforward photo and a copy of the written instructions. On the right-hand side of the dash display, you'll note the time/date and temp section with two buttons in the corner - the upper one is a book (we'll call that A) the lower is a + and an arrow (we'll call that B ) Give a long press on A to access the menu, a short press on A opens HOURS. A short press of B will change the hours. Short press of A will open the minutes - followed by a short press on B to change.

Similarly for the year, month and day and finally to choose whether to have a 12 hour clock or the 24 hour. Hopefully that should keep you going until next March - when the clocks 'spring forward'. Right - didn't bother with the scan - am trying a straightforward photo and a copy of the written instructions. Oops - fogot the photo!! Oops - fogot the photo!! Thanks for that. I have a major date/time issue that I would love if someone could help me with! I own a 2003 Xsara Picasso exclusive and my handbook explains how to change the date/time exactly as the person explained in this topic.

Problem is, i don't have those 2 buttons next to my clock. I have pressed every button and tried so many options but cannot find a way of changing the clock.

It is even more annoying now my battery disconnected and the date is saying 2001 and at a completely wrong time. I really hope someone can help me on this one!! It should be such a simple thing but it has beaten me!!
