Keynote speaker Jake Wood Jake Wood is a cofounder and chief executive officer of Team Rubicon, a nonprofit disaster response organization that utilizes the skills of veterans to deploy emergency response teams. Since the organization’s founding in 2010, Team Rubicon has responded to more than 230 disasters and grown from eight to 75,000 volunteers. Prior to Team Rubicon, Wood served four years in the United States Marine Corps.
He served in both Iraq and Afghanistan, and earned numerous commendations, including the Navy-Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Valor distinguishing device. A leading veterans’ advocate, he briefed former president Barack Obama, met with former presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, and has testified before a Senate committee about mental care services for veterans. Instructional sessions are designed to inform and educate our Clients and participation is limited to clients only. Clients understand and agree that certain information furnished to you by Company in connection with UGM, regardless of the form in which such information is presented, is confidential, non-public and/or proprietary information ('Confidential Information') and is the sole property of Company. PACER & NextGen CM/ECF PACER & NextGen CM/ECF The U.S. Bankruptcy Court – District of Nebraska is using NextGen CM/ECF.
Logging into CM/ECF has changed. Filers must upgrade existing PACER accounts and use the upgraded accounts to log into NextGen CM/ECF. Each filer in a court that has adopted NextGen CM/ECF must have an individual, upgraded PACER account. A firmwide or shared account may still be used to perform case research in PACER, but cannot be used to file electronically in NextGen CM/ECF. A filer who has been using a shared PACER account to file in the Nebraska Bankruptcy Court must create a new, upgraded PACER account. Note: An attorney who created a PACER account on or after August 11, 2014 already has an upgraded PACER account which is compatible with NextGen CM/ECF.

If you already have an Upgraded PACER account, go to. If you have your own individual PACER account that was created prior to August 11, 2014 (also known as a legacy account), you must upgrade your account before you can electronically file in a NextGen CM/ECF court. If you do not have your own individual PACER account (i.e., if you share a PACER account with others in your firm), refer to the instructions above in to register for a new PACER account. Request E-Filing Privileges -OR- Link an Existing CM/ECF Account to an Upgraded PACER Account If you have a CM/ECF login and password, you will need to link your CM/ECF Account to your upgraded PACER Account.
You will need your upgraded PACER login and password, along with your individual CM/ECF login and password for this process. This must be done only once. If you do not have a CM/ECF login and password, you will need to request E-Filing privileges with the Court.
